As you perpare to come to Hula, wear appropriate attire.
Your Halau T-Shirt, Pa'u, and hair up in a bun.
Remove footwear outside/inside the door of the Halau
Arrive to class on time.
I am to be addressed as KUMU or KUMU KEI

Have a mindset . . . FOCUS
The Halau is to be a place where we study, learn, pratice, and perform hulas and it's culture.
Do not use the Halau as a place to talk story, gossip, personal conversation or gabfest.
All words, conversations in the Halau are to be kept positive, no inuendos of ANY KIND!!!
Show and give respect to me and others at all times.
Give respect you expect to receive to those on the dance floor.
